The NGO creates 4 Community polyclinics in Pikine at the districts of Darou Khoudouss 
and Darou Salam 6, in Fadia and Fatick in the city of Guinguinéo. These centers are managed each one by a head doctor and a midwife and offer a varied range of services:
- Family planning
- General consultations
- Gynaecological consultations
- Pre and post native consultations
- Pediatry
- Odonto stomatology
Centers of socio-economic and medical promotion of the women
The NGO creates 3 centers distributed in the department of Pikine, the commune of Fatick and that of Louga. These centers have the role to answer the various concerns of the women as regards:
- Women's right
- Women Entreprenariat
- Maternal and infantile health
- Social and economic development
- Financing of projects
The polytechnic center of teaching of Kër Jabot, in Douja in the department of Pikine is one of these centers of socio-economic promotion of the girls. It has the role of ensuring a technical, vocational training and an education for the health of the teenagers. At present, the center receives more than 100 girls per annum. The courses exempted in the center are: the seam, the embroidery, the craft industry, dyeing, the hairstyle, initiation with the data-processing tools and a sensitizing with the health of the reproduction.

The new communication and information technologies access center
The inexistence of structures of training in data processing in the area of Fatick, the young people were obliged to go to Kaolack or Dakar (respectively to 50 and 150 km of Fatick) to acquire a know-how on the matter. This center allows from now on the young people and other people wishing to be registered there to have access to a formation relating to new communication and information technologies close from on their premises. To control the NTIC makes it possible to increase the professional outlets of the young people of the area. The center accomodates the girls and young boys resulting from associations of district or the school establishments of the area..
ONG financed several hundreds of female groupings. The women profited from individual 
or collective loans to make microrealisations or to reinforce their traditional activities. They thus could be released from the usurers who exploited them odieusement. Other women profited in more of formations in saving and credit and on the behaviour of the supports elaborate and placed at their disposal. At present, the whole of the groupings carried out the covering total of the funds and started their third or fourth phase of loans.
