Fight against malnutrition
In collaboration with the programme of reinforcement of the nutrition of the World Bank, 
AcDev makes in the areas of Dakar and Fatick the projects of fighting against malnutrition profiting to the children from 0 to 5 years and to whole the pregnant women and nursing.
Initiatives developed as regards HIV/AIDS
- Formations of relay and auxiliaries of health as regards IEC (Information, Education, Communication);
- Financing the associations of young people and women groupings for the behaviour of activities of sensibilisation to the diseases;
- Development of the distribution at Community base of condoms;
- Training of the NGO's Medical staff to medical assumption of responsibility of the factors of risks related to the AIDS;
- Assumption of responsibility and treatment of STI in the NGO's polyclinics;
The reproductive health of the young person
The network for the Promotion of Education to the Family life was created by the NGO with 3 structures of education of young people in difficulties. Within the framework of this network, were created "council" in these 3 structures of education and insertion of the young people who are the Sauvegarde center of Cambérène, the center Kër Jabot and the center of women technical teaching. These "Council" supervise and come to assistance more than 1 200 young people.
